1/2 cup of chicken stock (or water)
1/4 stick of butter - Cut into small thin squares
Pour 1/2 cup of chicken broth or water in the bottom of a roasting pan.
Gently move the pan around to get the liquid evenly distributed. Place Sliced Turkey in the pan, top with butter pieces and sprinkle with a few splashes of water.
Cover and heat at 325 for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot.
